Lina is a journalist from the Universidad del Rosario, where she received the distinction of fellow in 2014, and has studies in urban planning and development. She has experience in co-creating projects with vulnerable communities and designing research methods for social projects, from their strategy to their execution and impact assessment. She has worked in urban intervention and rural curricular design processes, with a community based perspective. As a result of her academic trajectory, she has worked as a college teacher and a research assistant in territorial analysis projects.
As a journalist, she has experience in content creation in written, photographic and audiovisual formats for organizations and digital media. She has done documentaries and multimedia specials in post peace agreement territories, combining an audiovisual perspective with an interest to identify territorial and peace building narratives. Added to her experience in content production, she has advanced knowledge in audio and video editing.
Lina is passionate for social change, as well as team work and discovering new articulation and work possibilities. She is interested in languages and telling stories that convey feelings and transcend geographical contexts.
