In the design and implementation of the projects I have developed, the ability to create and implement strategies, from the people is real, leading to the achievement of common objectives. Through culture and art as a tool for strengthening ties, I intend to create a participatory work environment where dialogue and personal questions become the essential axis to build and strengthen collective projects. I am interested in building work processes where the community is the protagonist and not an observer, understanding that only assuming the role of an active agent in the context you live in, is the best way to dream and transform a territory, its communities and its inhabitants.
